The enormous front stone deck would be the ideal spot to sit on a porch swing while sipping a lemonade on a hot summer afternoon. When you enter through the front door the openness of the space is not what you’d expect in a traditional craftsman, but all of the original wood from the floors to the ceiling to the trim and built in bookshelf has been refurbished to keep the coziness intact.
Three large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a loft overlooking the front entry way, another bathroom on the main floor, living room, dining room and kitchen that attaches to the garage through the laundry room, so handy for bringing groceries into the house.
An add on to the house was built in 1987, expanding the house to include a mudroom/laundry room and a two car garage. The two side porches were original to the house, but they were also refurbished in 2018.

I mean they're perfect. The bump maps fit all the mounds and look gorgeous! The textures fit so well together you never have to get them to fit with your ground. The price is perfect. You really can't go wrong with these! They look great sized up for your home/sim decorating needs and even look amazing as small event booth-sized decor!
