Fashion Through The Years Collection from the House of Alisha - 1860

This new collection of gowns offers designs through the ages each at a bargain price. The approximate year it originates from is shown in the title of the gown. This collection will build up over time so lease come back regularly to see the new designs.

This gown now includes version 4 of our special scripts. Clicking on the skirts in any sim that allows scripts will bring up a menu of options.

The controls on the menu when the skirt is clicked are as follows :

SetAO
The gown includes an AO (Animation Overrider) with replacement animations for standing and walking. There are six selections : Off, Informal, Formal, Regal, Regal Bored and Regal Wide. Off allows you to use your own AO without inteference, Informal is a standard sexy walk, Formal is best for gowns when no train is being worn whilst Regal is required when wearing a long train to avoid it being thrown from side to side. Regal Bored and Regal Wide are modified versions of Regal when standing still but the same when moving. Please note that you may need to turn off any other AO you are using for this to work reliably.

Walk Speed
SL only has one basic walk speed which is fine for normal use but slower speeds can be useful for entering events, especially for the bride at weddings so as to make the time walking up the aisle more realistic. This menu offers a selection of other speeds from a frozen solid to walking at normal speed. Most gowns only allow the wearer to select and control this menu so the stopped setting may seem bit pointless but certain items such as the nun's outfit allow others to be given permission to control them.

Static
This changes the appearance of the gown whilst standing still. Properties that can be altered are :

Head Wear/ Face Veil : if you are wearing any compatible House of Alisha hat or veil it can be controlled from here, or by clicking directly on the hat or veil itself. One is included with every gown but others may be purchased separately.

Set Corset : if you are wearing a House of Alisha tightlacing corset it can be controlled from here, or by clicking on the corset itself. This is purchased separately.

Sparkle On/Off : turns any particle effects (bling) on this gown or compatible HoA products on or off.

Set Fan
This controls any fan (or other object held in the right hand) and does not require the fan to be scripted. The average speed is set but the actual interval and time the fan is flapped is randomised.

Hug/Kiss
This offers the usual Hug and Kiss as well as some more unusual animations. A selection of the people you are facing isoffered in the menu for you to click on. The internal AO is automatically turned off during the embrace for better realism.

Pose/Dance
This offers a selection of poses and dances. Press Ctrl-Alt-T to find the ball floating above your head and place your own favourite poses in it. As before click on the skirt again to cancel the pose.

RP Poses
A selection of standing, greeting, kneeling and praying poses useful for roleplay are included. Once selected, press/click the skirt again to cancel them. If it does not react make sure you do click on the actual skirt or try elsewhere.

Go2/Follow
This allows you to go to and then optionally follow another person. We hope to develop this into a full lady-in-waiting / bridesmaid add-on which ideally this will include supporting their train and suchlike but it depends on being able to make it work. The person being followed can cancel this by clicking on your skirt.

BlowKiss
This triggers the standard BlowKiss animation.

Bow Head
For formal occasions it is a sign of respect to bow one's head. Click this to do so. Your head will remain bowed until you select the menu and click on Lift Head.

Curtsey
A fairly deep curtsey is included in the gown. Clicking on this drops you into position where you will remain until you click on the skirt again whereupon you should rise.

Due to the internal scripts and animations, these gowns are sold on a no-copy yes-transfer basis with modify rights on the bits that occasionally need to be altered.
