Hobbit Hut ~ Door & Lantern (Boxed)

Our Elven theme and Woodland Realm inspired collection continues with our cute and perfectly formed tiny, unfurnished: Fantasy Dwelling ~ Hobbit Hut.

This regular prim, sculpt and mesh set is delivered crated to keep the prim count as low as possible. Once unpacked you will find three separate items: The fantasy circular dwelling, the dwelling wooden door, and rustic lantern. The fantasy dwelling is round and features a stone and wood with creeping ivy exterior wall texture. The interior walls have a rustic cream plaster finish with warm wood cross bracing and to finish off, a circular flagstone floor with wooden edge surround. The roof has a beautiful darker shade reed and thatch texture to suit a woodland forest scene, hillside abode, or even use in a medieval market place.

Included in the set and as mentioned packed separately, is a rusty lantern to hang over the door and even add scripts if you wish. The little wooden door is also copy and modify and packed separately so you may position it as you wish or even add a script to open and close, or leave the hut open without a door and use as a shelter, store, market stall, or even set out a few and use them as homes to rent on a fairytale theme sim.

This cute fantasy dwelling could be used for a Tiny's home, fairytale home, mini store, or market stall. The base is approximately 7.5m diameter and will fit on most size plots of land.
