The box contains 2 different Masks.
☢ The 1st one is intended for decoration, so emitting fog, through a script you may modify - if you want.
The Mask is missing the back part, as it should be hanging on a wall and, mostly, to keep its Land Impact as low as possible.
☢ The second Mask is wearable.
It's not rigged to fit most avatars.
Just add it, or if you mess it, attach the Mask to "Nose" bone (#17).
The item neither has a resizer script, but you can change its position, dimensions and rotation in edit mode.
