Perfect for what I wanted, but...
I had seen this house on the Marketplace several years ago, and while I liked the design, I didn't buy it because I couldn't see it in Second Life.
Recently, while looking for a small gallery to use as a ground level as a skybox, I found out there was a store using the building at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Horizons%20Larissa/187/110/22.
A review of one of the other homes by this builder noted that the interior is dark and the teleporter didn't work, and that is true of this model as well. I fixed the lighting by making some of the interior walls full bright (there are interior lights that could probably be adjusted.). I simply replaced the teleporters.
Another problem is that the balcony interior ceiling's lowest point is only 2.65 meters, which means that tall avatars might bump their heads.
On the plus side, I love the whole design and the front-facing windows. The building has a good level of detail, so that you can see it from a distance. It would love to see any future builds from this creator, although he no longer appears active in Second Life.
