after purchasing this lovely doorknocker i had some trouble figuring out how to get the doorknocker of the joining door that got delivered along the doorknocker.... so i gave a bad review but i just HAD to revisit my review because the owner came to me and helped me out greatly so now its a completely 5 star rating for costumer service!!!!
