Hollybrook Estate is a family, child avatar and lgbtq+ friendly, farming, Life sim, breedable and animal community set in the beautiful and idyllic countryside.

Whether your idea of country living is rustic fences, dirt roads, lush flora and fauna or something more upscale, we have the dream home you desire.

We have furnished and unfurnished home options and can paint, substitute and help you fit in your pools so that your Hollybrook house feels like Home.

- Hollybrook region hosts the best in country living with quiet natural spaces, beautiful homes and spaces for horses, animals or farms.
- Hollybrook Shore region is designed to look like an upscale gated community with beachfront living and even a country club.

Every home comes with a VEA 5 Widescreen television, parcel security, security orb, sky platform and access to the various amenities available across our community.

Our Citizens can enjoy many amenities in the district, including:

The Shore Country Club - Packed with features, this is 'The' place to get out of your farm gear and into something classy. With many amenities like Picnic Movies, Gym, Wellness Spa, Bar, Restaurant, and a Beautiful beach. This space hosts community events monthly, including live singers, RP dinners and more.

Hollybrook Pass - An entire homestead region dedicated to horse trails and photographic spots. This region has a mountainous woodland theme with camping spots and more.

Hollybrook Park - A beautiful central park graces our community with many things to do. Be a fancy lad or lady and take high tea in the pavilion (fancy hats encouraged!). Or perhaps you need something more substantial, picnic tables are by the lake with Pies or meals, especially for our citizens to enjoy.
If you have a visit from someone who does not yet understand the obsession that is beYou, we have a game table ready to play while you listen to the ducks, swans and crickets.
There is a beYou playground in the park for the kids... and kids at heart to raise some stats or a small spot for yoga near the babbling brook.

Transportation - There are rezzers for horses located at different points around the estate because there is nothing better than a sunset trot along our country lanes. If you and the horses are not friends yet, there are bicycles in the villages.

Equestrian Features - We love our Teegles and all the other kinds of horses and include spaces designed for them; the Hollybrook Shore region has our community horse barn, and you can find jumping practice areas and RP opportunities.

Food and Drink - We have a variety of eateries in the community with two fast food restaurants for beYou users, dinner with ocean views at the country club, the cafe at the Shore Village and our full-featured ice cream parlour.
