Holographic Texture

What's the point of putting a texture up for everyone to use if it's not full perm. It's useless unless it is full perm. I not only bought 1 but 2 from this vendor and both are no trans. Of course that is my fault for not looking at the permissions before purchase. However, they also were never stated in the description either. I had really big plans for these textures and now them plans are all shot to the canyon and now I have to come up with another idea.
Anyways, I'm very disappointed this texture is not full perm and I wasted my lindens.
