I love all of Zara Rau's homes. I will keep buying them. This house has a bug in the bottom Teleporter. It Teleport's you inside the water fountain/wall, instead of upstairs. I just added a TP I had in my inventory and fixed it myself. I'm sure Xara will fix it though. Thanks Xara for the great prices and most beautiful homes.
