Simple, sturdy, wooden chair.
Keyboard sit adjust- touch the chair to activate, then use the movement keys to adjust your position on the X and Y axis, the Pg Up and Pg Dn to adjust the Z axis. Touch the chair again to deactivate, once you've found the desired position and it will remember this next time you sit.
