This mesh mask is copy/mod and I would advise you keep an untouched copy before you mod.
You may change the color of the eyes, teeth or main texture by Select Face in the Edit Textures Menu.
You may also resize and reposition the mask once you are wearing it.
The Inferno Demon Avatar in the picture can be purchased for a song on MP along with a tail and wings.
