Horrible, not as advertised, and I regret spending the money on it.

Since it's mod because some of the issues can be corrected, but others are irreparable. First thing, the sign is a cube with two sides textured with the identical texture. This prim is then straddled on a cylinder. For SOME reason, both of these prims are emitting light, and are full bright, which is gaudy. I really wish people would stop using full bright and environment shine. Neither look good. Either way, because they're mod, this was reparable, turned off the lights, turned off the full bright, unlinked the piece and turned the cylinder into a cube, which makes it only 1Li when re-linked. Because it's two textures on the same prim, the edging just gives you an unrealistic transparency from certain angles, which is excusable if you're just looking at it from the front. Now, I needed these for a very small skybox cityscape I have which is just a street, a convenience store, and some skyscraper cubes I put TP doors on... #ParcelProblems. So for the opposite side of the street from my hospital stand-in, I put the arrow-left hospital sign. Come to find out, since it has the IDENTICAL texture on the opposite side, it points in the WRONG DIRECTION on one side from the other. That is a fundamental problem with these signs, and one that cannot be fixed without the textures. Signs operate only one way for a reason. The up arrow is obviously going to be pointing down BOTH sides of a street as well. Talk about confusing people with directions! Having the post be a cylinder as opposed to a cube risks blowing up Li in linked sets rather than reducing it (again, reparable). BUT.. and this one was the big problem. After rezzing, the sign BECAME NO COPY. Which is why I say it is not as advertised. So you can't even repair portions and duplicate your repairs. Instead you have to rezz another one completely and do it all over again. Not to mention, turning no-copy makes it USELESS for linked sets. You'd be better off searching Google and making your own.
