The Hotel incorporate a simple but elegant design and layout. You can use it for an office, apartments, hotel and many more. There is a Lobby, and 5 Storeys with 10 Apartments. The building occupies a 28X28 footprint and uses only 14 prims. Full functionality! You must only add Teleporter for every Apartmen. Comes with modify, copy and transfer rights for all!

i mod this into a family home with tp pads hard 2 find family homes with many rooms 4 such low prim i added walls took out some walls and turned into a cute family home
