The house is a Meshmodel with only 3 prims and a size of 10 x 10 x 7.20 Meters.
As a bonus, a lantern from me is included with only 1 prim

This house is the best for the money, I m a builder of two years and bought this house for the prim save element.... Actually im here to buy another house for my Gorean homestone.... The door issue is easy to resolve, I simply deleted the door and replaced it with my own door....... Th issue with he floor and feet sinking, I simply rezed a cube and stretched it to full size of house then made it invisible... The house can be sized real good.... The whole outlook of the place is good and i would strongly commend it to you.... If you wish for a verbal one to one reference feel free to message me any time.. OK prop, not something you'd want to live in.
The door is scripted in a way that when you click it, it becomes invisible and goes phantom for a moment so you can walk through. It does not swing open or anything like that. It also breaks and stays 50% transparent if you resize the house (which is rather large so I wanted to shrink it a bit). Your avatar's feet will sink into the floorboards, as well.
Contacted the creator but got no response. I'll update if they ever do.
