Modern two storey home features central open plan living with two rooms accessed my a lockable door to the right and left of each level, so you could perhaps have two bedrooms upstairs, a den or office downstairs and still have room for a dining area and lounge, or perhpas even a kitchen. The choice is yours, but there is plenty of room to furnish this house the way you want it and have ample room to include those extra rooms.
The house is large and I would suggest at least 2048sqm parcel of land to adequately fit the house and allow for some garden arround it. It measures approx: 40sqm in length and 30sqm in width.
The house includes remote controlled windows for each area of the house, allowing for curtains (open or closed) and yes you can change the colours, or maybe you might want to choose a different type of window or just tint the windows.
Doors are lockable.
