It contains a kitchen-dining room + Living room on the ground floor, two very large rooms in PA to set up another living room and bedroom plus a games room, for example TVWall in PA and PB, these are pictures with an animated image that light up when touched !!!
All lighting is configurable with hud, (press switch buttons next to the inputs, holding it for a few seconds to change color and brightness settings).
It can be modified, copied, interior and exterior conditioned to a beach environment. Only 81Prims, The furniture included is Mesh.
