Not happy
It's a really nice looking house. Unfortunately it's scaled horribly if you go by correct scaling in SL. There's no way to resize it globally either as the link set is at the minimum size. You could try scaling the interior parts like the kitchen and doors and stairs but sadly they come as meshes that may or may not scale well and will still likely break the rest of the house. Dissapointed.
BEST HOUSE 2019 AWARD
I have an obsession with houses and almost passed this by because the picture of the exterior does not do it justice. This house is by far the best house I own.
2 bathrooms and the kitchen are already furnished and texture change with the HUD. (option for house without kitchen/bath - personally I LOVE them because you cannot find a decent modern kitchen in SL).
The glass in the windows has the best texture and reflections of any house I have ever seen in SL. The lighting and shadows (without having to increase your graphics to UTRA) are outstanding. The lights for me were a little bright - no worries, she included light control switches in all the rooms. I was able to dim the lights to my taste.
This house has everything: skylights, catwalk, beams, patio, two balconies and even gravel landscaping the exterior. I remarked to my SL BFF that it lends itself to many different types of styles: Asian, modern, mid-century modern, country and mountain.
I'm sure there is something I'm leaving out, so do yourself a favor, if you are obsessed with houses and go see this one inworld. I HAD to buy it, because I didn't want to leave. =P

Endlich mein Traumhaus gefunden. Sehr gute verarbeitung. Nette Details wie die Spieglung in den Fenstern. Die Größe und Anzahl der Räume ist auch perfekt. Bad und Küche leider ohne Animation aber sonst alles TOP.
Wonderful home with lots of light
I bought this because I have an obsession with lots of windows in all my SL homes. This is a wonderful home for that. I love that the builder gives you the option with or w/o the kitchen and bath so that you can add or delete to your hearts desire. I hope she continues to build. Love this.

Holy cow, where have you been hiding? I have to admit I've never heard of this store and I almost passed this up. That would have been a HUGE mistake. Not only is the home itself gorgeous, the built in furniture is phenomenal too. And that's rare. While it would be fantastic if the kitchen and bathroom had animations, this house is so lovely it would be worth anyone's investment to get AVSitter and put in their own animations if the lack of them is bothersome. This is a highly detailed and well thought out home design that needs to be seen in world to be appreciated. OUTSTANDING!
