This mesh house is for all avatars, big and little.
This mesh is ideal for business, shop, store, Picture Gallery, art exhibition or large house, loft or a nice house style "Pixie" for everyone .... for create villages, group of stores with different houses.
Footprint : Width 21.3 m X Length 27 m X Height 2,3 m = 18 Prims
.... with 4 front Shutters and 1 front Door (all scripted for open/close on click) = 20 Prims.
The mesh may vary prim (Land Impact) depending on the size or thickness of the mesh.
In this package you will find :
- An example (little house) with colored faces to see them for texturing.
- 1 House/Shop ready to rez (itself comes in several parts). House has 2 levels with staircase.
- many textures for all faces ( Door(3) + Flaps (3) + Frames around the door and windows (4) + First Level Sol (4) + Roofing Ridge Cap (1) + Stairs Outside (5) + Roofing (3) + 1 Plaster Wall seamless + 6 Wood Plank seamless + 5 wood seamless. The seamless textures are for walls and floor of second level.
House is easily customizable with any seamless texture 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024 !
Door and flaps open on touch (not lockable here). Script inside is not modifiable but you can modify channel inside the notecard in items, to open doors and flaps separately. This allows individual open several houses in a village. I give a notecard with explanations (in French and English).
You can see this house/shop from afar with a RenderVolumeLodFactor = 3 !!!
