HOUSE MODEL : ST TROPEZ
This house is a true replica of a house located close to Normandy in France. It has been built in the late 19th.
Originally, it was 2 farm houses which have later been united in 1. This type of house is always quite narrow (I made it wider to allow camera movements inside). Because of this, people had to go through the rooms in the upper floor. Because of the fact it was originally 2 houses, there are 2 staircases which is much more convenient to serve the various rooms upstairs. It is also the reason why there are 2 fireplaces. The wood beams, even if they look a bit strange, are quite similar to RL as it was always built with the materials found locally.
You will maybe wonder why I know so much about this house... well, it is mine in real life!
