This House has only 17prims and Lock-Door, great as Beach-House, Skybox or Shop.

The House is Modify, you can change Color and Textures if you want.
The Door is lockable, just say "lock" or "unlock" when you stand close to the door (you must be the owner). Closing time and sounds are modifyable.
