By the Sea is an impressive beach house with open plan glass design, two floors and an open roof area.

FEATURES

Good quality mesh unique design house decorated with trees, plants, swimming pools, cocktail bar, pictures, lights, fireplaces, tables, seagulls and more.
Land impact is 990 prims including furniture at size 64M X 64M X 32M high.

ANIMATED FURNITURE

No poseballs and no freebie animations!
I've used the avsitter engine for the furniture in this build.
Furniture includes;
Multi-sit sofas.
Cuddle sofas.
Armchairs.
Loungers.
Bar stools and dining stools.
Loungers.
Beach towels.
Beach chair.
Floating air mattress.

OTHER STUFF

Doors are scripted.
Packaged in a rez-faux for easy setup.
Permissions are copy/modify on all my builds but the scripts are copy only.
