A modern open glass design house ready to make your own!

This house is designed for PBR viewers, I have tried to include as many fall back material textures as possible but of course it will not look like the original.
Recommended graphics setting of at least mid to view it correctly.
Results will depend on your own personal viewer settings and lighting.
Pictures taken using shared environment, the last picture using midday setting.

FEATURES

Land impact is 350 including everything.
Size required is 33M X 42M X 23M high.
Rooms: lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, outside patio area.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Modern house, statues, plants and light switches in all rooms.
You can set the color and intensity of the lights by using the menu.

OTHER STUFF

Doors are scripted and set to auto to use the menu hold, click and slide the mouse on the door the configuration menu will open.
Everything is modify so you can change to suit your needs.
Packaged in a rez-faux for easy setup.
