Doors: Doors are lockable and has an access list installed so that only named users can lock/unlock the door. Simple set up and instructions are included.
Tintable windows: Windows tint to a shiny metalic effect to offer full privacy.
Auto Align/rezzer: All of our buildings are packaged with an auto align/rezzing system that will allow even the most novice of players to confidently position and set up our builds.
Instructions: For each build we include a full set of instructions that assume you know very little, we also include a quick-start guide for experienced players and a troubleshooting guide.

Texture Pack: We include all the textures used in the buildings creation, these textures are only to be used to modify our buildings and cannot be resold.

These are the best homes in Second Life hands down. If you don't want to take the time to read my log winded review, just go "in world" to see the houses by Hydro for yourself. I am sure you will agree.
Ok, so the long winded review. After a month of searching and wasting almost 2500l on other homes that turned out to be crap, I ran across Hydro Homes here on XStreet. From the photos I knew the houses were top notch, but in the past photos have deceived me so I decided to go check them out in world. First, the Hydro Sim is amazing. The place is almost lag free with three demo test pads so there should be no waiting to see the homes. The interface to see each home they sell is idiot proof, and once you rez the home you can walk around it before you buy. The homes are very professional done with excellent detail. A lot of the designed in the 512sqm category seem to be more store/shop oriented rather then resident, which I found slightly disappointing. In any case, with so many models to choose from in each land size, you should have no problem finding the perfect home. If you are looking for a store, you will *defiantly* have no problems! Each house has a land layout demo so you can take it home and see how the house would fit on your land. Once you buy the home, its as easy as clicking on a Rez box to set it up. One click, reposition the box and your all set, your house is done w/o any modifications.
The houses come with wonderful landscapes as free "extras" for those of us who don't own enough land to use them. The landscape for the home I bought is amazing, I only wish I had the land to use the landscape extra. If you have a larger plot you might think about buying a smaller house and then using the extra landscape to finish off the home as the landscapes that come with these homes are wonderfully done.
The only thing I wish the house had was the Hydro Homes Control System, which seams to be an option on most of the other homes they sell but not the one I fell in love with and bought. I have contacted the builders and hope that I can pick up the control script and add it to my house but in any case, if the answer is no I am still 110% satisfied with the home one would make the purchase again in a heartbeat.
Go see for yourself in world. Words can not describe how wonderful these homes are!
Low prim and nice design, exactly what I had wanted. I did not however expect the textures and house to be full mod, including the scripts. I was able to easily edit and add on to the house, enclosing the deck turning it into another bedroom and making all the windows tint when clicked.
The built in teleporter is a nice touch, no lag and instantly ports from 1st to 2nd and vice versa.
Low prims, easy to mod, good value for the price.
Plan to buy a larger one from the same maker later.
A solid home. Very open in the inside, easy to modify. The 2nd floor deck is a nice touch. For a unit which fits onto a 512 lot, there is a lot of space inside. Would I buy another one, yes. The house does not have tinted windows, but really no reason as the glass has a frosted effect.
Equipped with a transporter...nice savings of prims and no fumbling up stairs.
