This houseboat is modelled on some of the houseboats seen on rivers and lakes within Australia. Many people choosing to live permanently aboard these water craft either as a stationary houseboat or cruising some of the many waterways in Australia.
PLEASE NOTE THIS HOUSEBOAT IS NOT DRIVEABLE
This houseboat features a lower deck which could be used to create a bedroom and dining/living/entertainment area.
A ladder at the rear of the boat allows you access to the upper deck, which includes a cabin, and open area again for entertainment, or perhaps you could add a spa or small pool on this area.
The houseboat comes modify but NOT copy or trasfer.
I have named this boat the 'Satragius', however if you would like a different name or a different colour scheme I can change for small fee.
