This is a non moving houseboat, designed to let you live on the water but the boat does not move!
It is 35 prims of goodness.
-two enclosed rooms
-one roofed porch
-upper deck.
-innertube on the lower porch gives out an unlimited number of innertubes
-menu driven window tint system to control each window individually, or all windows together
-teleporters are included on each floor to teleport to the other level.
-an optional GangPlank is included to let you set a ramp to get onto your boat if needed on your terrain.
