It's scripted and gets dirty over time. You can easy change the times to clean and the time how long it needs to get dirty again by a simple note card.
The items become visibly dirty by predefined time you can easy set by note card.
Floating text can be switched on and off by using the menu of the server.
If someone sits on a cleaning tool the floating text will apear to keep you informed about dirt status. If you are done with cleaning you will be ejected from the tool and the text disapears.
You can set one person to admin status by notecard. This status gives the possibility to set all tools dirty or clean by just one click.
The server checks for all your rezzed cleaning tools and shows them and their dirt status as floating text above.

I found the config card no modify so could not add a admin, still very use able just no admin to it.

this is just what i was looking for to put in my cafe to give my staff a few chores to do to keep things interesting. it's perfect! and the customer service from the creator was spectacular. i had a few questions and she promptly got back to me. i love that you can change the textures of what's being cleaned. great job!

I can't share the meaning of previous poster. But maybe they aren't fit enough to handle Second Life.
