It's scripted and gets dirty over time. You can easy change the times to clean and the time how long it needs to get dirty again by a simple note card.
Floating text can be switched on and off by a simple chat command or using the enclosed HUD.

Does just what it says, a little positioning is required depending on avi but nothing the menus won't handle. Also as a plus, the textures in this (and all of them) can be swapped so you can change the sorts of messes. Just as an example, I used this one with some leaves on a porch for an autumn home.

Now my penthouse is a mess but... at least the maid has the tools to clean and it gives her something to do. This is an amazing product, I absolutely love it! I bought all of the "dirt" sets and the one for the windows which is in the shop, I didn't see it on marketplace. Due to lack of originality and time on my part I will be leaving the same review for each product. I hope there is more to come =D
