Hope that GENUS will come soon with updated heads! Until then this fix will provide a solution.
This is not a permanent fix
Ive been doing this fix for over a year now each time you click on a dance animation or a different stand animation it comes unstuck.. Genus heads are a fail on this issue and has never been fixed by the creators.
