Hoxton Loft Skybox/Apartment

Thank you for your interest in the Hoxton Skybox/Ground-level Apartment!

The skybox/residence alone is 250L$

The Skybox/residence with furniture is 900L$, a saving of 800L$ on individual furniture costs! For this option please see my shop in-world, but note, THIS Apartment on XStreet does NOT contain furniture.

Both the skybox and ground level house have a 20x20 footprint and are 34 prims. If you rez the skybox, it has a walled patio for your use as an outside space. The ground level apartment is similar but with an opening in the wall for access.

The house has opening and closing external doors with an opening fanlight above, a fireplace and two invisible ambient lights.

The house is fully modifiable and copy - it would make a good, simple rental unit.

To rez the empty skybox, place it on the ground, sit on it or on a chair inside it, select the box AND the chair or prim you are sitting on (IMPORTANT!) and then set the z co-ordinate to the height you require. THEN TAKE A LANDMARK before you TP out so you can get back to it.

IF you DO lose your box, rez a single prim, sit on it and set it at the height you set your skybox and you should arrive there!
