Well....its a skull. This has a land impact of 1 prim (at approximately reagular head size) but you can also scale it quite large and it still comes in at 1 prim, see below for details.

the third image shows the skull about as big as you can make it before it goes up to 2 prims. the "little" skulls are roughly avatar skull size.
