It is BOM (Baked on Mesh), so please make sure your Head is Baked on Mesh already.
Common heads like (Catwa, Lelutka, Genus, LAQ and so on) offer a BOM Option, please check your Head-HUD to enable it (For LAQ get a free BOM Relay in their mainstore).
