For the purposes of placing textures onto the frame, please set the texture
settings thus:

Repeats per face
Horizontal (U) 4.0000
Vertical (V) 64.0000

Offset
Horizontal (U) 0.50000
Vertical (V) 0.50000

The freebie glass cover can be textured using the free glass texture.
(Settings for that can be Repeats: Hor = 1; Ver = 1 & Offset: H = 0; V = 0.
Put a bit of transparency on to it so you can see the flickering light if used.

To make it flicker you might want to place the Flickering Lights script into this
part also. (Please note, the script is currently saved with an error so it won't
work until you open it up (by double clicking it). Set to Running by placing a
tick in both the Running & Mono box you'll see at the bottom of the script
window, deleted line 0 of the script then save it by clicking the Save button).
