I want to give you some information about this product.
It is a totally PBR, FULL PERM MESH, but contain also base color texture that allow to see it colored with older viewer.
You will find the mesh and a box with all the materials and textures.
The materials can be combined as you like
A version that can be controlled via HUD ? is also provided BUT to resell it you must purchase the scripts and replace the ones in the huds with those registered to you. You CAN ADD OR REZZ the Hud .
To customize it :
Delete the existing scripts,
insert yours,
customize the communication channel (i use 2626) both in the tub and in the hud,
and reset the scripts.
The license for the HUD that drives the PBRs can be found at THE POINT

YOU NEED: the Mesh Manager (currently version 1.07) and the MM-PBR PLUGIN plugin (also version 1.07)
You can copy config text and images from the demo.
IMPORTANT
I have not added a Reflection Probe . add it if you don't have in the room
