Is a serie of Pier for any evenience. 3 sizes 6x6, 6x12, 12x12
2 configuration with or without fence and gate
3 gift: Buoy, Ladder, Gate with padlock
low, mid, and high LOD
The materials are mostly PBR, but they also contain the standard texture. This allows those without an updated viewer to see them in color. (PBR viewing has many more reflections and intense colors).
***How align the 2 items
Booth have a root prim that is a cube under terrain. Place first, in edit mode , object folder copy postition. rezz the second in edit mode, object, paste position move 6 or 12 meter. your building will be perfectly aligned.
***RESIZING
You can resize the full building but you must adjust the door and win hinge position
