Sure the tattoo doesn't have different arms or a back piece, but it's clean when you wear it. Doesn't look too odd, however, there's really no choice where you "wear" it. So, if I have a good bit of layers on.. This takes something off. That's never happened before. But, all-in-all, I really enjoy the piece and the price is right.
