Do you want to create frosty or creepy mood on your sim? The I.C.E. Fog Emitter generates an effective ground fog in 4 possible levels (fog density). In the dark, you can also light up the fog particularly effective.
The emitter has an effective radius of about 15 meters (decreasing towards the edge!).

Def go see demo in world not well made, looks worse as it dissipates glad i only lost 40 lindens
