Faded version
Faded version (there are two versions included) only worked when I fully converted Belleza skin and Catwa head to baked on mesh. Which is fine, I was going to do that anyway at some point, just setting expectations for possible others who encounter the same issue and wonder what is up. Once you have converted, you don't need to use the applier, you can just wear the tats like a regular piece of clothing.
