This is a simple splattered T-shirt for the female TMP body. It works exactly the same as any #TMP applier you've ever used! Just rez it, click it, and you'll find it in the Upper body section of your StyleMode HUD.
If you have issues with your body clipping through, or sizing problems, that's something to take up with #TMP staff. I just supply the textures!
