IJD GRANITE CASTLE FLOOR TEXTURE SET

The Granite Castle Floor Texture Set by Insky Jedburgh is designed to offer builders a realistic set of 25 seamless medieval floor textures for use in any fantasy or medieval build. Each of the textures is 512x512 pixels, and an original work by Insky Jedburgh. These textures are tied together by a unifying style and theme. Despite their great variety of designs, there should be a few that fit very well together in a single building with multiple floors. End User License Agreement

By purchasing or receiving in any way, I J Designs Textures, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You are not purchasing these textures so that you may own them, but rather are purchasing a license to allow you to use these textures in accordance with this Agreement.

1.LICENSE: I J Designs grants you the right to use these textures on 3D, virtual models both within or outside Second Life.

2. PROHIBITED:

a. Distributing these textures, as textures in any way, for profit or for free.
b. Prepare or develop derivative works based upon the textures with the intent to resell, market, distribute, or display as textures.

3. PERMITTED:

a. Copying these textures to RAM, or Hard drive as "back up" or archiving.
b. Modifying on your computer for use on your own virtual,3D model forms only.
c. Distribution of virtual,3D model forms that incorporate the textures as part of their design, but not as the whole design.
d. Transfer of textures to your accounts in other virtual worlds than Second Life, but you may not post the textures on websites or on
the internet as graphic images only, unless they are incorporated as a portion of a 3D model form as a surface detail.

4. NO WARRANTIES:
I J Designs MAKES NO WARRANTIES UPON THESE TEXTURES THROUGH ANY PRESENTATION, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE WITH THE USAGE OF THE THESE TEXTURES, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE TEXTURES ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE OR RAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
