Modular tower can add as many or as few floors as you'd like. Has elevator no stairs. Two apartments per floor with working light switches in each room and area. Each apartment comes with ONE bathroom and 3 to 4 bedrooms (or other uses) Has two balconies, One in front and one in rear (bedroom access.)

Love this building!
I've had this building for a few years used it in a few sims! I did have to contact the creator to get new floors to fix the issues I was having with the roof, top floor, and lobby but they fixed it super fast.
its a bit weird
Land impact/ prim is off a little and the floor offset is touchy, i cant get to the roof it keeps pushing me thru the bottom of the elvator
The elevator do not work.
I should have read the review first. And the lobby has 121 LI and each floor has 110 LI.
cant figure out how to get the elevator to work.
very nice building textures are great and lot of space, comes in pieces so can add how many floors youd like, but no instruction NC to be able to figure out how to set it up. if the creator could help me out with this. that would be great. ill change review if i get the help to make it functional. other wise you have to put in your own teleporters in to go from floor to floor!

Fairly nice build, but the listing is inaccurate. The elevator is very unreliable and no mod.
Deceptive listing for a flawed and unfinished product
-Elevator is no mod, contrary to item listing.
-Doors still aren't set/scripted properly.
-Improperly placed linked prims in lobby "shimmer" against walls at far cam distances or high altitudes.
-Very interesting number of glowing reviews for a completely unfinished, barely usable item that doesn't even have the correct permissions listed. :))
