432 Land Impact Hot Freaking Mess!
This build has allot of potential. But is simply horrible as it currently is. If the builder fixed the door scripts you sure cant tell buy what I got from MarketPlace. Railing around pool and stairs are 100+ li alone. Allot of parts are incorrectly phantomed and grouped together. Allot of mesh parts have bad seams. If you have a keen eye and attention to detail this build will drive you nuts. Not worth 2,250l, may be a fixer up bargain @ 250L. Interesting that this builder does not post the land impact for most of his builds. Come on Lincoln, You have some great builds here but you really need to spend more time cleaning them up and making they are perfect before selling them at what your asking for them. Hope you can do better in the future.
Building is great for rp.
Great for roleplay, not so much as a hotel. The rooms are a little small to rent out and need retexturing but the building is really like a great roadside motel. The small pool out front makes for some good rps and the easy texturing makes making it your own easy. The builder Ikonik is very good at helping with any issues.

Great textures except the wallpaper in the room's but that can be easily changed. Overall great purchase.

The creator is super friendly, he went out of his way to help me with some questions, i dont experience that often! very friendly and came off as a down to earth kind of person which made me enjoy buying something from someone i dont mind handing my money to!
the product itself rocks, i love that this creator makes realistic buildings. perfect for anyone running a sim that is themed ....i hope to see more.

I have been looking for a hotel/motel that looked real and I have found it here! I plan on using it as a apartment build and I honestly cant wait! This is like finding the golden ticket, because allthe build are amazing!

Worth every Linden
Amazing build and lay out and great set up . I have been searching for a long time for a great detailed and realistic styled Motel . And too often i find cheap looking stuff that feels animated . Great price and an amazing set . i high recommend investing into all the buildings by this creator good job keep it up hope to see more releases soon
