As other ppl said, this place is in pieces so make sure you only bring it out in edit mode. The textures are very well done, rooms are nice sized. Not too small but not gigantic where you feel you're the main character in jack and the beanstalk. I had an issue w the mp delivery giving me a no copy version and i wasn't expecting such a fast response from the creator. Thank you for being lightening quick and resolving the issue.
To prevent another from having an issue like i had - the back patio and front driveway is all one piece connected to the grass. I was able to terraform to have real ground show and just trim the edging w bushes. But you kinda need that unless you just replace the pool and imo, the whole ensemble just looks too good to break apart.

beware it is unlinked when placing it. But it is a great little home that is fun for rp. Easy for a rp sim too because its well detailed.

Every build I have bought so far as been amazing! His customer is on spot! I had a no copy item pop up, he came to investigate and fixed the issue and sent me a new version.
Now with so many amazing houses and builds i have to pick ONE to use! That's not an easy task at all!
