YOU MUST own the parcel/ land of which you try to use this on.
This script uses negative channels to communicate. The channel can be set by the owner by changing the description of this prim the script is in. I have set the channel to -11000 by default.
This script will give you the power to eject, ban permanently or 1-2-5 hours, unban, add to passlist permanently or 1-2-5 hours, remove from pass list, reset the ban list back to default and reset the land pass list back to default.
The script denies using this on yourself.

I really liked the script with the menu and found it very easy to use. Although, I suggest you make two versions of script (with colors and without colors).
