This is a great little item
The updated version looks excellent, has realistic textures, and the LOD seems to have been changed (updated) so now, the object is still visible over 100m away.

Not visible from 10 meters away.
Sure, these models look nice and are low land impact, but low land impact make the models desapear from 10 meters away. So higher level of detail versions should be included.
