This is a reshaped back mod, this means the mesh it self is modified and re-fitted back to the body to give a new look to the back, reducing it's default, extra-wide wingspan to give a more natural and sleeker look over all.
The chest portion of this mod is done by a static pose which applies to the chest only, this was done so that your clothes would still fit right, re-meshing the chest leads to some odd clothing issues I've found so this was the middle-ground approach which seems to work very well, you will have both a chest & back version and back only (no chest mod) included in your purchase.

The INITHIUM Kario body is a fantastic option for anyone looking for that chiseled look, toned look and even a more smooth, athletic look, it's three bodies in one!
However...
The back is super wide and the chest is too.
Not a "bad" thing, but sometimes you just don't want it and that is where this helpful little modification comes in.
It will reduce the width of your super wide lat-muscles thus fixing that "cobra back" look.
It will also taper down your chest to reduce the Daddy-Milkers this body will sometimes have.
this mod is helpful, easy to use (just wear it and it works) and it won't interfere with your clothing as its designed that way.

Good Fix!
Over all a great edit mod, however to note if you have a fur texture it does very slightly mess with those types of skins to where you can see it. Still worth wearing the mod though, just keep it that in mind if you're an anthro buying this!

personally not against the huge lats but the amount of shoulder adjusting i'd usually have to do without this mod is pretty high up there. now i'm free to flop my arms up or down as i please without hurting myself. dev was also very timely about helping me unfiddle a problem i had, even if it was my fault lmao.

Saved me from back ache
Was not loving some aspects of Kario, but this made me feel a lot happier with it. This works super well and could not be easier. Will not be mistaken for a barn door anymore.
