But please untick the copy/modify boxes before you send them out.

Create your text on a transparent background in any picture editor and upload into SL.
Edit your invitation, Select Texture, click the front of the invitation and put your uploaded text image there.

Simply drop your landmark and notecard in the Contents of the Invitation. Only one LM and one notecard to be used.
