ITALIAN FIELDSTONE FARMHOUSE

The ITALIAN FIELDSTONE FARMHOUSE is a simple two-story low prim structure.
The main living space is downstairs and includes a 2nd extended area to one side of it.
The third living space is on the second floor with an extended patio area.
The Farmhouse also includes an arched entryway patio on the front of the house.
A pillared balcony is located on the front side of the second floor.
The main entrance doors open automatically on your approach.
All other doors open by touch so they can be opened as needed and even left open if desired.
All shutters open by touch.
All windows open by touch, most easily from the inside of the house.
The patio chimney smokes by touch.
The bell in the bell tower rings by touch.
The cobblestone prim that forms the terrace in front of the house and house extension can be detached, depending on your needs. Some knowledge of building skills is required to do this.
If you have any questions about how to detach the terrace prim, please do not hesitate to contact MoonyBot, our Store Manager..
Detaching the terrace prim will not affect the prim count of the house.

The Farmhouse is built entirely with locally sourced fieldstones from Tuscany to minimize the structure's ecological impact and is 100% mesh to ensure a low LI for your land.
