This product is low land impact. Land impact depends on size, but is around 10 in most situations. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included (total of 6 maps), and water is animated as well.

I looked at plenty of cheaper models before I bought this one ..... and I do not regret my purchase. In this case it is worth every single linden .... a super bit of work.

This fountain is fantastic, and if you don't want the lady statue, you can easily select the face of the woman statue and make it 100% transparent and then put whatever you want on the stand, just have to modify the AO map a bit to get rid of the shadow.

I purchased this fountain to make a memorial stone and found I couldn't unlink the statue. I dropped a notecard to the creator and she got back to me in less than 24 hours.
