Not bad.
The house looks very good, you can edit its size and lower the prims even according to the size you require, the details are striking and good, I chose this house as a personal house for sorcerers and wizards in the style of Skyrim, hehehe.
What I don't like, the house is mostly a joined piece, so you won't be able to make any extensions you require with it, the textures they give you are all mapped, so you won't be able to add extra parts easily without it being I could see well and a detail that I hadn't noticed, it doesn't have a chimney on the outside, so a house with a chimney inside will feel weird and then there's nothing outside, the windows are also a bit high, I'm something maniac with the details so I had to pay attention to that, even so it is not a big problem since you can always add one with a little construction skill, but it is something that should be taken into account, for its price it is somewhat expensive In my opinion, but still worth it. n_n
Expensive but great looking!
The price made me gasp when I first saw this house. And it made me struggle with the decision as to buy it for quite a while. But in the end I bought it and didn't regret it. It's absolutely lovely done, from the outside as well as from the inside. Highly recommended if you look for quality work!

This Build for me was well worth the Price, if you are skeptical the creator is more than happy to rez in world and you can also see it rezzed in WORLD at *Winterfell The North SIM*. The Great thing about this build is the realistic detail.this is an asset for any Medieval type SIM or Old World Roleplay. I use this build in my Farmland as a small eatery/Pub type place but it can be used for so many different things. I buy a lot from this creator, and I am always satisfied with the level of service and attention to detail provided.♥

The owner was kind enough to rez this out so I could see it. The moment I saw it in person , I knew I was buying it. There is attention to detail well thought out layout. Does not look like a standard medieval style build that you might find elsewhere. I look forward to seen this creator build more buildings for sale in the future. Top notch work.
Awesome little house
I got this house for a get away place, and it turned out to be much more than I was expecting it to be, the textures are fantastic, and it really feels like home. Made a couple of mods that were easy enough, and plenty of room to add rustic furniture.
