Land impact depends on size, but around 5 in most situations (Dim: 25m x 17m x 4m). AO maps are included (2 blank ao maps, 2 textured, they are painted by hand to gain more older look). If you need better lod or it to be less prims contact me in game. Water is animated,and have rippling effect.

More than worth the price
I got this pool as the centerpiece of my new store layout, basically a timesaver so I don't have to do everything in Blender, since I had a very similar design in mind anyway. The detail of this pool is amazing, definitely recommended. The water texture is more realistic than most I've seen in SL, so it was a good buy. UV and shadowmap are included so you can easily re-texture the pool according to your needs - and I do mean easily, since this is a super-orderly UV map that makes retexturing in Photoshop a breeze. I've bought too many products that had messy UVs with hundreds of snippets all over the place, but here, you can see easily which part belongs where on the pool.
On top of that, the creator offers good service - the pool comes with an LOD that is most likely good for most people, but since I wanted to use this as an outdoor element, I asked the creator if he could potentially supply a version with better LOD esp when zoomed out far. Within just a few minutes after catching him online I got a version that's perfect for what I want to use it for. Very good customer service AND highly realistic products, what more can a builder girl ask for? :D

This is so well done. The textures are beautiful, the water has a natural light and movement to it. Super easy to include into any build or use as is, even if you want to put it in the ground, very easy to do One of the best Meshes I've bought.
